How long until games I bought appear in my library?

Forgive me for asking if this is already addressed somewhere, I'm not exactly sure where else to post this question. But generally I'd like to know how long it takes until games or doujins I bought will appear in my library? I bought a few a while back and I notice & see those ones in my library, but a couple I had just bought a night ago and today haven't appeared in my library yet.
Is it only when after the purchase is completely cleared? I can see my bank account on my phones bank app and it shows some funds are being "Held" this is usually the thing it shows when transactions are made they aren't cleared until some days later like for paying bills and such, so I'm just wondering if this is how it works in connection to my library.

I can't understand why people buy video games when there are so many amazing free video games.

I've been playing it for over five years, and I love it.
My wife's constant complaints that I always disappear in this game, nor the occasional lags that sometimes happened in the game, can not change this.
A time ago, I had some problems searching for a proper LOL account, but luckily, I came across this site https://www.lolfinity.com/ and found the best LOL account deals.
I bought an account from them, and now, I can enjoy this fantastic game whenever I want.

I've having issues with Maitetsu DLC showing up in my library as well. I think it might be connected to the Controversial setting though.

The game(s) showed up on my library, I don't know when but it was just one game at the time and I could still download it anyways. I'm not sure what the problem was or if there was any to begin with, it could've been just a bug on the site for all I know where it just had not listed it on my library.
