I going to make this brief but, go to kancolle.wikia.com and there is a tutorial on the kancolle game. Additionally, the site will direct you to VPN GATE by the University of Tsukuba to help establish proxy servers, I guess (I'm not that comp literate, and the VPN GATE is an open source app. Hopefully, I'll be able to play kancolle with some of you'll.

I always use Chrome to play and Kancolle basic moonrunes are easy to remember (if you read the guide faq)

It can show you exactly how many and what ships girls you have as well as equipment. It has a countdown for each fleet in an expedition so you can always know how much time left you have until they return. It can show you which quests you have currently selected and how to complete them without having to look up a guide. It also tells you which weekly quests you haven't finished yet. There's even this calc that can tell you how much exp you need to level a certain ship girl to whatever level and how much exp you can get for every area with flagship and mvp options.

They need to port Kancolle to the vita.
