Tales of Xillia

The problem with the English voices for me, is not that I "dislike" them or doesn't think that they work or not, BUT the fact that I LIKE some of the Japanese voice actors too much.

Sawashiro Miyuki as Milla
Tomokazu Sugita as Alvin
Saori Hayami as Leia
Mugihito as Rowen (One of my favorite "Old guy" voice actors)

(fun personal fact: I was away from the internet for 5 days, got back to see 16 notifications from this thread...lol)

This is a big one for me. Tomokazu has always had such an deep brooding and authoritative tone. As much as I love Matthew Mercer(Leon S. Kennedy), I'll always take that authority over Kennedy.

When I hear Jp-VO voices, for instance for Sawashiro; I want to think;
Carl Clover(Blazblue), Catherine(...), Ivy(Soul Calibur), and Cammy(Street Fighter)!

Tales of Xllia has a release date on the regular & the Collector's ED on both games for PS3.

I kind of want to enter but I can't think of any ideas for a skit.

I want to enter, but I don't really understand the contest. Do I use previous tales characters and create an original skit based on something I come up with? Or is it more along the lines of using myself and friends in a skit scenario, like in the contest video, about our thought, feelings, or other matters concerning tales?

Can't wait to play Tales of Xillia: 'merica edition (because English dubs). Yeah, I know, I'm a weeb or whatever. I'm consistently butthurt over the issue of not having the JPN audio included. It's late, I'm going to bed.

Tales of Xillia 2 Is Coming To The West In 2014

Finally we are getting some love for the Tales series. I was worried when I got into the Tales series when they weren't putting out the games here since Dawn of the New World was the last Tales game till Tales of Graces. I am really happy that we are getting Tales of Xillia 2 even if Tales of Xillia isn't out yet. It gives me hope that we will be getting more games, hopefully some portable games for it too.

Apparently, Club Namco is (or was) taking CE pre-orders. Got mine lol. Now, time to cancel the pre-order from GameStop.

I want to play this already, but I will have to wait a bit till my budget for games is reasonable enough soon. Already hearing good things about this game and it looks like a much easier platinum than Graces f, so I'll wait for the trophy and faq guides by the time I'm ready to play it soon.

Been playing this and ogling Millia alot. some of the shit in this game makes me laugh. The combat mechanics are a bit different, but interesting im still messing around with them atm. The leveling grid also has its pros and cons but its really simple to just auto level if you dont want to spend time on it.

Anyone bought the collector's edition with Milla's figure in it?

Its a pretty good figure. Its a decent size and good quality. I collect figures so it was worth it for me.
