Second Demo.

I just looked on my Japanese account, looks like you have to have Xbox Live Gold if you want it on the Xbox :( Generally that means that Silver members can download it next week.

Anyway, OMG a thread about Vanquish! This looks like such a good game. I've played the first demo over 20 times o_o I want it to be out now already >_< mrprince04 you beat my best time by 20 seconds or so XD Then again, I was going for a perfect run (never go into overheat mode). It really is like when I played the Bayonetta demo over and over o_o

Heh. Yes, I can hardly contain myself, in yearning for this game for such a long time now.

Mm.. So it's Gold-Members only, for now, hm? Boo. Well, hopefully--and most likely--you'll be able to download it when you say; it's really great. After trying it for hours between today, and yesterday, I can finally say that I beat the demo, but only, twice. Seriously.

The demo is much better for gameplay. Also, as you may have guessed from the amount of times I have cleared it, it is difficult. It'll take a few run throughs in order to get the hang of the game, in it's true, chaotic, state, but after that, it's just like bullet hell fun. (I am simply speaking at this, from my point of view; for others, it might be a breeze.)

And it's nice to hear that you're a fan of Bayonetta as well--it is one of my favorite games ever--seeing as how this is made by the people under the same company (PlatinumGames; not TLA).

I love the new demo, and it makes me want the game even more. So much fun, me and this game shall have.

This is what Master Chief should've been able to do in the Halo series. Oh well, this game looks ballin.

I absolutely loved the demo for this game. The next day I paid off my pre-order. Even if the game lasts only 8 hours if its 8 hours of this much intensity then I'll be replaying this even more than I did the God of War trilogy.

Yes; I expect the game to bear a great amount of replay value under it's belt, in the same that Bayonetta and Viewtiful Joe do for me (despite them being made by a different company--but that is beside the point).

Also, going by the second demo, and it being a "Challenge Demo", I think it's safe to assume, if it hasn't already been stated, that there will be many other challenges for us to enjoy over and over again, such as this demo.

This game is like the Megman series had a child with Devil May Cry.

Haha, I suppose that's a better comparison one could give, as opposed to relating it to Gears, which I never really like hearing.

The first time I played the demo I remember thinking. This is what Megaman would be if it were given a next gen reboot.

This is an awesome game. It get's a bit repetitive and the lip syncing isn't the best at times, but it has a lot of moments. The graphics as the OP said are awesome. And the gun mechanics are pretty concise and well planned out.

I cleared the game and i really liked it. The only thing thats bugging me is that you cant take your upgraded weapons to the next playtrough :/

I never really tried the challenge mode after completing the game, does it have anything worth doing it for?
