Description: Katawa Shoujo is a bishoujo-style visual novel set in the fictional Yamaku High School for disabled children, located somewhere in modern Japan. Hisao Nakai, a normal boy living a normal life, has his life turned upside down when a congenital heart defect forces him to move to a new school after a long hospitalization.

There wont be an Act 2, What is to be released Next is the Full Game. Which will also be Free.
I along with many others am waiting for the release. I havnt heard anyone specificly say the game will be done by this year, but I'm looking forward to it.
If you guys are more interested with the game, Theres always the official forums, and this picture website where like the developers of the game post they're random crap involving the characters.

Oh oh, Big news in case no one else has already talked about this, But, Katawa Shoujo's Full Version has a Release Date Now!
January Fourth, 2012.

What I like the most about this game is the dialogue. While some visual novels have dialogue that is terrible and completely irreverent, the dialogue in Katawa Shoujo is very well written and completely natural to the character's personalities. Kudos 4 Leaf Studios, keep working! Also, Emi's the route I'm currently on. It's where it's at.

For those that are new to fakku or to Katawa Shoujo the full game is out it is also free and I suggest it, Quite a good game.

Hey I just want to say this game is effing amazing... Even though they'll probably never get this thank you to everyone involved in making this game, the only thing I would improve is the fact that there's not going to be a second one :'(
