I just think it is strange to tag something as incest that wouldn't be seen like that in the place it comes from. Just because love between cousins is seen as incest in the US, it doesn't mean it needs that tag on fakku.

I'd argue that it is really seen as incest in most of Europe.
I am in Europe and I don't see it as incest and most people I know don't see it as incest as well.
And no that doesn't mean we are all shaggin' our cousins. It just means that a romantic relationship between cousins isn't frowned upon.
Most countries in western Europe allow it and don't categorize it as incest.
Fact is that definitions of incest vary from culture to culture and what is defined as incest in some isn't in others.
Wouldn't it be best to use the definition of incest that is the most general and is regarded as incest in all cultures except for a few ancient ones.
That would be incest between parents and children and between blood-siblings.
All this declaring sex between step-siblings and cousins as incest is pointless, because I guarantee you that most people searching for the tag are not interested in anything but the above mentioned form of incest.
They like the forbidden, dirty form of incest between closest family.
