I think I may get it. By the page with all the info on it what I can guess is the bald guy is one of the people who holds the people with M syndrome as treasures or whatever, and the glasses guy was a scientist who posed as a guy who also held the M syndrome people. After they had sex the guy said "seed collection complete," making me believe he wanted to collect a ample from a person in he late M syndrome stages.
