And this has been animated, along with the sequel manga! Search for 'First Love' (subdesu did a translation). Both of the manga chapters are in episode 1 of the series. Episode 2 is the one with the tsundere girlfriend who never smiles. The one with the little sister who mentions that you can tell how hard she's trying not to smile by the creases on her forehead. (Personally, I thought that episode was kinda meh, but hey, I'm not the only person here, so I thought I'd spread the news.)
