Go to hell Nintendo. Really? What is that like their nine millionth iteration of their damn handheld? They are worse than Microsoft and Sony combined when trying to rip people out of money.

one question, How does the technology works?
Nintendo is hush-hush until E3.
Pfft, you'll have to forgive me if I don't believe that for a second.
Bah, alright that was biased. Suffice it to say though I have no faith in Nintendo anymore. I guess it's just my different taste in games since I've gotten older, and my lack of nostalgia. I just don't care about 90% of what Nintendo dishes out anymore.
Then again, it's the consumers fault in the end for eating this crap up. I have a friend who had a DS (Fat) that he sold for a Lite, then bought a DSi and will probably buy this damn thing too. -_-
You friend is silly. I still have my fat DS. I don't need a Lite or DSi. Haha.
Oh hello Nintendo I almost didn't recognize you there! A new portable console? A 3DS you say? It's like the DS but with two more! I can't wait for the new line up of marios and zeldas you're going to slap every children's face with. But of course other than those mascots there will be other new games right?
What's new with 3DS? A better graphic?! Awesome now I can see every single detail of Mario's despair as he fall down a pit! Oh there's going to be a motion sensor too? Great now it has the ability to annoy people on the move!
But seriously guys I'm all for this new portable console and i'm sincerely going to buy it but they better fill it up with something different. Use new technology for new ideas not use it to add a hershey's chocolate bar on top of a decaying horse.

If its the successor to the DS, i will consider buying it, I was not pleased with the DSi. I just didnt feel the need for it.
But If they ported N64 games like Banjo Kazooie and Majoras Mask, I would buy it hands down!
Either way, i am going to look forward to this!
Hmm. It said it will have backwards compatibility. Does that imply I have to buy a whole new DS to play the new Pokemon and others?
I'd say it's quite likely. The Pokémon game generations (well, with the exception of the first, of course) have always followed the console generation changes, GB -> GBC -> GBA -> DS. New generation, new hardware. So the next can be expected to be incompatible with the "old" DS as well.
