Yeah maybe it could talk about the history of hentai or any other important history stuff and I think people here study history right? Eg Civil wars WW2 Stalin etc etc

Those topics as long as they are done maturely, intelligently and convey some genuine information then they would belong in Serious Discussion. There isn't really a strong reason for a specific section devoted entirely to history.

I agree with the FPOD that it's not really necessary. There are just not enough people who post threads about history to really warrant a section about them. I also feel the section would go unused.
