The dilemma waar presents is as such:
1. You keep IB the way it is: incoherent, and the long lost brother of /b/.
or
2. You decide you want to enforce the rules in IB in a more strict manner so that regular users who have insulted, harassed, etc. (just read the rule list), will be punished along with anuz (a.k.a. anonz).
Having a healthy lack of respect for authority and rules, I pick 1.

I agree. Anonz is annoying as fuck but he hasn't broken any rules. Also I like the looseness of IB and think more rules would damage it. I do think that the mod's should encourage Anonz to improve his post quality and "spam" less.
