I haven't seen any ameture manga on Fakku. (If it is already here I may have overlooked it and im sorry) They could put in a section separate from the regular manga for ameture artists to post there own stories and share there skill with the world. (Or the people on fakku) For all we know it could be the begining of a career for some lucky artists out there.

Not too sure about it being a career break here. There are many more art focused forums/websites which offer a better stepping stone, chance to get commissions and publishers.
