An honest question...

If I started a petition to change what I consider a ridiculous rule here on Fakku would any of the admins or mods actually listen? Or is it completely communistic and no matter what anyone say's the rules won't get changed? I mean it's a serious gripe of mine, I'm not trying to get Anonz band or anything stupid like that. Also, if I were in fact to start this, which forum section would be most appropriate to post it in? I'm thinking either the feedback/suggestions section or the serious discussion section. What do you think?

If the majority of people honestly agree that a rule should be added, changed or removed, then it should. A site should always cater to the majority as long as it doesn't compromise the site in any way. I think that as long as enough people care for something, Jacob will listen and do the best to see that action is taken to address the need.
An example of something that could change would be no guro (guru?) allowed, as it's just to the taste of Jacob I think. If the majority of the user base wants it, then it should be allowed.
An example of something that will not change is the no loli allowed rule. It doesn't matter if the majority wants it, as it compromises the site. The ads say we can't have loli and they pay for the site to run. To go against that rule would mean to lose their revenue and that is a bad thing.
The best place for the suggestion should be in such. Suggestion section.

If it's to add loli content, good luck with that.
I doubt it will EVER happen, and honestly that's for the best for the site's financial future.

I would say that probably depends on the issue. Some rules on Fakku are out of Jacob's hands such as the ban on lolicon images. Also some things are simply not allowed because Jacob simply doesn't wish them to whether a person considers that fair or not (e.g. yaoi.)
Like director Nicholas Meyer says "Art isn't a democracy, it is a tyranny. Likewise, you don't have to submit. You can choose to ignore it." Internet can be seen similarly. Sometimes things are set up they way you don't like it and there is nothing you can do, but you can always leave. No one can force you to agree.
Anyway, not sure where I was going with that. You can certainly bring it up, but depending on what it is you may or may not be heard out.

Fakku is a Communist site the users have no say on what happens to the site. We are here to make Jacob money for crack and blow.

communistic...
we don't always cater to the majority, in terms of content it's based on what Jacob likes to see. If Jacob hates guro, then it's banned. If you want guro; look elsewhere. We aren't being unfair simply because we dont do exactly what 51% of the community wants, this is no democracy. I'm just going to add that the majority do not agree with your petition as of this moment so this point is moot.
