Okey, I just created this account and the first thing I discovered was a problem with the cropping of you avatar. When you have chosen where you want to crop it and then press submit the result looks horrible. And when you try to upload another picture the cropping acts all "retarded" (sorry for the lack of a better word). Then again when you press submit the old picture is now you avatar but with even a more horrible result. Sorry if I made it hard understand, but if there is anything you are confused about I will answer any questions.

I too am having the exact same problem, Whenever I try to get a new profile picture up now the previous one I tried to upload seems to be locked in, It simply refuses you to upload a new picture. :(
I edited my pic because it had an annoying black boarder in it to one without a boarder but when I pressed the submit button it the old one still remains.
Like the guy who made this thread says even if you do try to resize the pic thats on there anyway the cropping tool acts all weird if you make the pic bigger - It'll make it smaller Etc. (Broken)

This is the exact thing that is happening to me.
Though my avatar gets updated after a day or so.

Weird... Ive got 2 different avatars now!
I just came onto the PC and logged in, Flippy is my avatar!
Went upstairs and put on my PS3, Logged in and got a schoolgirl as my avatar!

Just keep at it till the wanted avi appears. Its a minor bug.
So let's say you have an avi and you changed it, the other one will be locked in but when you 'crop' part of the new one will show instead. Just redo it and the new avi would be the one thats waiting to be cropped.
