Just a suggestion.
This morning I checked my pm's and some user I am not too fond of sent me some stupid message that only wasted my time. I should have just deleted it, but I like to see if the person is actually trying to message me about something of importance and to not be as so rude to delete their stuff without giving it a chance first. Then a thought popped up. What if he does it again? I could just delete it, but over time if he repeats this, it would get rather annoying. I could tell him fuck off, but he might be a dick and decide to spam me and there's not a single thing I can do but report him (like that will do any good) So my suggestion is to have a block user button when someone pm's you.

I've gotten like 5 PMs asking me about my avatar. I don't think that's a big deal at all, but I understand that some might not like being pestered or spammed.

Hmm block user sounds cool. Maybe there should also be a friend list so you can pm guys who you talk to regularly faster without having to look at their profile or look for their user on a forum.

Having an exceptions list where you can put people who cannot pm you (can't put mods on the list obviously) wouldn't be such a horrible idea.
But it's also not a "OMG DO IT!" type of idea either. It be alright to have, but wouldn't care if it didn't get implemented either.
