Can't change avatar

Ok so Im gonna get to the point:I try to upload a new avatar but i got a bar that says "uploads disabled"so now i cant load a new avi,at first i thought the whole site was like this but i see others was able to change theres so i ask what caused this and can it be changed?

Try uploading something that's less than 1mb...it worked for me.

I cant upload so even if o find a pic thats the size of a freakin nano it wont do any good

well everything seems to be fine now.

I have a solution for this avatar change problem.

If you try to upload a avatar of your choose and it don´t works, then just open that image with MS paint and re save it with an another name (Don´t overwrite the current one).

So, then try to upload the new saved pic and it will work.

I don´t know why it works on a weird way like that, but it works.
