I think it could be a good idea to add as one more category.

From my own opinion, it would be better if you will just create a thread about that in the Chat Topics and Forum Games section.

What would be in a joke category? Would all jokes go in there? Would the rest of the threads outside the joke category have to be serious and dull?

idk, coming all the way to Fakku forums for hentai jokes doesn't sound too rational or efficient to me.
