Recently I've tried to post a playlist from playlist.com (https://www.fakku.net/viewtopic.php?t=18857). When the playlist loaded it said that the playlist was empty. Now right after failing at posting the playlist, I went to the playlist.com forums to see what was up. This was the most common responce "Does the website you are trying to post your playlist to allow embedding of JavaScript and Flash?
Not all websites do and some only allow it on certain pages or certain sections of certain pages."
Now my question is, does Fakku allow those and if you don't can you make your own private way of getting the playlists from playlist.com for the music section/sig.
Thanks for reading, hope to get a reply soon.

Actually I've talked to some maintenance people on their website and they gave me an alternative code and it seems to work just fine.
The question about the playlist in the sig is still in my mind, though. The shortest that I've gotten the code down to was 397 characters - way more than the max of 255.

I doubt I will raise the character limit in signatures, I don't want them to get too cluttered. Show me one of the playlists you posted though.

Yeah that remain only in posts as opposed to being added to your signature.

sigh... fine. (although it would be so much better in the sig for the music forum at least)If people started putting gigantic things like the playlist in your thread in their sigs, I think a lot of people would edit their profiles so that sigs don't show up while browsing the forums.

Well I was going through previous Feedback suggestions, and even know I know this has been turned down a few times already it never hurts to keep spouting off. That's our given right as users. XD
Anyway, I can see the point of profiles being cluttered, but in truth it doesn't take a large character limit for people to clutter their signatures with ridiculous images sizes. Fine if they spoiler it, but a lot of users don't and I have to admit I'm getting tired of seeing huge +200 pixel high signatures everywhere.
At the same time though, a 255 character limit is a bit restricting. That is enough for maybe two BBCode tags of long length (e.g. urls, image-urls) and that is kind of annoying. A couple of days ago I wanted to add a spoiler tag about my Waifus, but I couldn't because my signature is already at it's limit because of my text-url mention of the MAL Fakku group and an image-url to my MAL profile. I don't think anyone can really argue that my signature is cluttered, but I can't add but a few characters.

Lol g-money I don't think that's why this thread was bumped for, also I also kind of agree with what Tsurayu says since I was also in a bit of the same situation before but I kind of fixed it so I wouldn't have any problems. But I'm sure later on when I might get new ideas for what to put in my sig that the 255 character limit will be quite troublesome.
