Actual user experience:

An upload hyperlink on https://www.fakku.net/manga.php referencing https://www.fakku.net/upload/ which redirects to https://www.fakku.net/404.php

Expected user experience:

1. An upload hyperlink on https://www.fakku.net/manga.php referencing https://www.fakku.net/upload/ which allows the user to upload, OR
2. No upload hyperlink on https://www.fakku.net/manga.php

Steps to reproduce issue:

1. Visit https://www.fakku.net/manga.php.
2. Click "upload."

This isn't a bug, I just haven't opened uploads to the regular users (and probably won't for a very long time). I should probably right a page up explaining this for when people click upload.
