sometimes i am unable to post multiple replys in one thread. instead of allowing me to create a second post, it will just edit over my first post. but this issue is not constant, it only happens sometimes.

If you're the thread creator, you can double post. If you're not, then you can't.
You can, however, delete your last comment and post again for a bump. Copy the old post into the new one if there was vital info in there.

so i just cant post 2 replys in a row, even if they are completely different posts?
example: in the movie review thread i commented on one persons review last night, then this morning i posted a review of my own and it overwrote my comment from last night.

That's the gist of it, yeah.
As said, simply copy your old post, delete it, paste it into the new one and then text away.
