Let people make up their own minds. If an uploader is going through the trouble of uploading something for everyone on Fakku, he/she should be able to decide which site to use.
Also, Mediafire only lets you upload stuff that's less than 100MB, I believe. So, if I wanted to upload an anime episode, I'd have to either split it into several parts and put it on Mediafire or just upload it on MegaUpload.

The difference only really shows up when you have files over 500MB, since you can either download two or more files that are large, or download a whole bunch of 100MB files simultaneously.
