Easiest/Quickest way to save images?

So I was wondering what the easiest and best way to save dumped images was.

When people dump images via imagebam (showing thumbnails with links to galleries) I found a useful firefox Add-on,

This Add-on also works for many other sites

If images are dumped into a thread from different hosting site, then you can use the DownThemAll Add-on.

This can save all embedded images on the page.

EDIT: There is an Anti-container Add-on specifically for the DownThemAll Add-on.
With both of these running you are able to sweep up all the images in a thread. Including images from Imagebam, and it will download the full sized image file and not the smaller version.

That could take an awfully long time, especially on a pretty slow computer like mine.

Bulk image downloader is what i use but it fails hard on some sites, works great here
