Is it just me, or is it that Fakku is down frequently these days?

Yes I'm getting this excact same message. I'm using google chrome and every now and then I'll end up with the same error.

I also get the timeout a lot and the FAKKU down page alot.

Looks to be about the only solution.

That's the "nice" but expensive solution. :D

here's the cheap but not nice solution. (don't take it to seriously)
-Turn off registration
-and lock all section of FAKKU and make it exclusive for the ones that have registered earlier.

.....let's just separate the bandwidth between registered and non-registered users. we'll have them experience all the lag.

Bad idea since even new users have something to contribute.

Only things I can think of atm that does not include buying a new server is to disable the fakku Direct downloads for doujins for some time. One would think they take up a good amount of bandwidth. Doing so would let allow the server to be a bit more stable I believe. Would not be that bad either. We can stick to the upload site links till the server is fixed.
