Whenever I try to, it requires me to put in my email address, but when I do, it says it's already registered to a user (It's registered to me, but that doesn't seem to matter to the website >_<).

Put in another e-mail address.
If it works, look at your profile's account information and make sure that the E-mail you just used isn't there.
