"forgot password?" option not working

so i haven't been on the site for 3 months now(i left to ecuador for sometime)and when i finally got back to the state's i got on fakku to see what's up but then .. i forgot my password. when i clicked on the forgot password option i got a message telling me that this feature has been disabled.that is a real bummer. what happen did the website crash or something? it took me about 3 days to try and remember the password. well just giving the heads up about it not working. can we have our passwords send to our email's or something like a security question in case we forget?
