I'll live with it for a day or two; it's almost nice to see some snow at Christmas. Sunny all damn day.

Blocked. Yes my PC lags and it might suck according to some of you guys.

It doesn't make my computer lag (not yet, at least), but it is kind of annoying. That said, it's not like it'll be around a long time, so it's not a huge deal.

However, if this sort of thing is done again, it might be good to have an option to turn it on or off on the site itself. We don't all use Firefox and/or know how to disable the snow.

You know, some of us "advanced people", no longer browse in a linear fashion clicking-and-reading link after link in a singular chain. We branch out, opening a new tab whenever we come upon a link, 'cause our comp doesn't suck and has memory to run your latest girlfriend simulator on...

...but when a CPU intensive and unoptimized piece of crap, like snow comes along, we get really, really miffed in our mittens. It's utter nonsense I tell ya. Why would you need a reminder that your workers are back home, during a holiday you must grant them (grrr... evil unions and their labour laws) instead toiling away in your factory and raising your wealth? Scrooge? Ah, the old bugger just had one too many to drink, always told him to lay off the whiskey, a proper lord shall only drink bourbon.

Meh, I think it is a pain in the ass too, but it is easily disabled with Ad Block. One of those situations where "it is the thought that counts." It was a nice thing for Jacob to do, but I also have one of those crappy computers and this snow just hampers everything I'm doing on the net while I have Fakku tabbed.
