Like I told you in that King of IB thread, users take responsibility too. If less of them acted like retarded idiots who spammed stupid threads everywhere, the community would benefit far more than me pretending I don't dislike someone.

when does this get moved to chat topic and forum games?

Its funny that the some topics will stay on the first page for weeks (or longer) and because of the topic it makes some users unable to post anything to contribute to the topic (or maybe its a thread where an older users have already posted in and new users are just using it to get posts).

while newer threads that can have more people converse and contribute to dies off early on. (due to being bumped to 2nd page because other threads being constantly bumped)

Im just saying, it seems either no one wants to talk about something new or they just want to ramble on about the same topic over and over. While I understand there are people who want to stay on the same topic due to.. a "passionate opinion" it just makes it harder for different people to post sometimes. Especially users who have lurked for a long time and only post in IB.

Also another reason why I thought a secret mod would have been good, is that if they had global mod powers, they can do clean up on forums other mods might just overlook. they can merge threads that have been duplicated. or move threads in case topic mods aren't around.

Though I get where you guys are coming from. I just get the feeling that more could be done. And having "secret" mods would make it so no one would be the wiser. Like a janitor who works the night shift.
