It could be the file format of the image (I think Fakku only accepts certain types, could be wrong). Try changing the extension at the end of the image.

So, I somehow deduced the problem.
the problem Lies in the "Delete" option, it literally doesn't work.
But if you just overwrite the whole thing by Uploading a new avatar directly it will work.

Tried that too and it didn't work. I uploaded an image from my computer then saved the changes and nothing happened. Am I skipping a step or something?

Is your avi larger than 1 MB? If so, resize your image before you upload it as an avatar. It might just fix the cropping issue...
