Hotfile links

Hi .. etoo i have a question some user upload his video in hotfile ..

In rules say that, host hotfile banned

But some users can use this ... how can i put my links of hotfile here ??

The reason Hotfile is banned is because most users can't use it without horrible download speeds.

Rather, upload the files to preferred filehosts like mediafire, or megaupload. Then, make a thread in the corresponding section of the uploads section and post the download links there.

Of course, you can still post the hotfile links as well, but if you don't offer other download links to the preferred filehosts as well, then some users may be left dissatisfied.

The banning of hotfail was (thankfully) implemented November 23. So all the threads that were created BEFORE then are still there. But now you can't post those links anymore as you've noticed, so please stick to Megaupload.

what I meant by that was that you could still post them as long as you already had links to the allowed sites as well.

Which is stupid. I still can't believe Jacob agreed to that. Since when do we cater to a few members complaining about the hosting service? I agree that better ones should be used, but if you wish to use Hotfile whether additionally or not you should feel free to. Just don't expect it to be a popular decision.

the file hosts that are banned suck ass, are slow as shit, one file per 30min/1 hour, some people can't download from them at all, and last but not least, the spam they (bots) were creating JUST for the money. the manga upload section was being ridiculously flooded by hotfail and sharematrix crap links.

I suppose, but it still bugs me. I would agree that perhaps using a better service like Megaupload, mediafire, etc... should be required, but if you want to use additional services then you should feel free.

That's how I feel about it. What is there to lose if they post even hotfile links as extra to a post with MU/MF links already?

the problem is that I have trouble uploading files to megaupload, sendspace Megaporn and those are the host where I go ..
For 1 week and sends me no error when uploading files in these host and that prevents me from uploading it for those host
on the contrary, now I'm uploading the files for hotfile and can not find another server that is efficient in addition to mediafire

Since 1 week I can not upload file because every time I try to submit something send me a error and not due for more than I have premium account so my question is ..
On the other hand I have seen that there are users that continue to rise last November 23 by hotfile ..

el problema es que tengo dificultades para subir archivos a megaupload , megaporn y sendspace , esos son los host en los que subo ..
Desde hace 1 semana me manda error cuando y no subir los archivos en esos host y eso me impide subirlo por esos host ,
por el contrario, ahora mis archivos los estoy subiendo por hotfile ya que no encuentro otro servidor que sea eficiente ademas de mediafire

Desde hace 1 semana no puedo subir archivo debido a que cada vez que intento subir algo me manda error y no se a que se debe por mas que tengo cuenta premiun por eso es mi pregunta ..
Por otro lado he visto que hay usuarios que pasado 23 noviembre siguen subiendo por hotfile ..
En todo caso si me podrian dar algun host fiable que se pueda subir , que no sea rapidshare o mediafire [lo uso poco] que otro host seria recomendable y se pueda subir aca al foro

I saw it as a way to get people to upload to good sites.

Really, there's no reason to upload it to Hotfile except to get money by having people download it. If you can upload something to Hotfile, you should also be able to upload it to another site, one that doesn't have shitty speeds and is used to make money for the uploaders.

If people offered more than one download option, things might be different. A lot of scanlation groups, for example, offer a Hotfile or Depositefile link to earn them money, as well as a Megaupload or Mediafire link for those that don't want to spend twenty minutes downloading one chapter of manga. But a lot of the users here that used Hotfile links didn't offer anything else, forcing people to spend hours to get anything of a decent size.
