How do I recommend something?

I looked around and I might be blind or to stupid to use the searchengine properly, but I can't find a thread, that tells me, how to suggest a certain manga, doujin, anime, pc game, aso, ... to be uploaded on Fakku.
Sure, I found the sub-forum "User uploads", but that looks like a forum to share them between users. Do the "forces that be" actually read those threads and say, "Hey! That one is good. Let's add this."?
Is there a way to suggest something? Where do I post my recommendation?

i think "User Upload" section will be just fine..
you can make your own Masterlist thread on each section..
also if you get a lot of responds it will be on 1st page or you can bump it yourself to make it on the 1st page therefore people might easily find it..

Hold it right there. We do not need multiple masterlist threads for a section. If there is a user already doing one and keeping it updated. Don't worry about making another one. If a list has not been updated in a long time (mainly 5-6 months) See if it is fine with that user, if you start a new list.

I am going to assume you are not talking about masterlists here. Anyway as said if you make a thread and people reply in it. Often enough it will stay near the first few pages. However, don't going bumping a thread you have uploaded something in just to bump it. Trust me, If someone wants what you have uploaded it will be found one way or another.

One thing I hate the most...
I laready expereinced this on leonidaster's (AWOL) MEGA THREAD in my masterlist V. 1.0. Scrapped that idea in the 2.0 version.

rather than you recommend things to be uploaded.. why don't you just use request section or maybe why don't you just upload them by yourself?
