how do i send private messages and notify when replyed aint

how do you send private messegers i cant seem to find out how?

and the notify is replied opion doesnt work for me

Well for pm's, all you gotta do is click on the user's name and it'll take you to their profile. Once there, just click on the "PM" button.

That depends on your settings in your profile. If you want to change it, go to your profile and click on "Edit Profile" link. Or, your internet browser does not accept pop-ups and you'll need to disable the pop-up blocker.
