I am new here and had a lack of confidence so i'll ask since i not sure how it works! So be patient on me! >.<

"+rep" is somenthig to praise someone for a upload correct?? If that is the case i can "+rep" every one i want?? I ask because i see someone say "+rep when i can" so i think it is limited!

You can give rep points once you made 15 posts. You can rep someone once a day.

You can distribute your rep however you want, for example if someone posts something really funny you may want to +rep them or making you laugh or if someone makes a really good and well thought out post you may want to +rep them for that, the choice is your so use your rep however you want.

You also can't +/- rep the same person two times in a row.
