why?

this freenadia user piss me off,he keep quoting peoples posts without leaving any message which i think is post faming (which he admits here:

Well, u don`t need to be that hard. Just - rep her if u she is trully annoying. Like -100 rep. I can help you, though banning her isn`t trully solve anything. What the result of banning her, it will only give u more conflict.

as far as i know getting negged hasn't any influence on the access in this forum it just shows how much of a nuisance the user is
