This is the correct section. No, there can be no vaginas and/or penises in your avatar, but topless is all right.

This may sound like a weird change since this is a hentai site, but as the admin I try to read through as much of the forum posts as possible to keep an eye on things. And to be honest, I am sick of seeing gaping vaginas and fully erect penises every couple of posts. So no more! And if I come across any avatars that break the rules I will replace them with pictures from some of my favorite nineties cartoons (Darkwing Duck, Dino Riders, Duck Tales, etc), so don't tempt me.

It's not incredibly clear. At least, it's not to me and a few other people.
