One more thing Jacob, please mention or atleast disable the uploading button for the regular users who can't use it, as that also seems to be a common complaint.

Well when you sign up for fakku, after you register, there should be an automatic pop-up notification or a sent PM, with FAQ's like giving rep, ect.

Lol, they will never learn, there will always be new people nerco`ing threads and posting new threads and making comments like "I WOULD LOVE TO REP YOU MAN BUT IT SEEMS MY COMPUTER WONT LOAD IT :(" lol.
But like Gugu said, and automatic Pm would be pretty cool and maybe one of them would care to read it.
Post the messege as "Read this or you will be banned!"

Make it short and sweet maybe two or three spaced lines, so people don't skip it because it's a wall of text.

But seriously, I dont think its that big of a deal. the people too stupid to figure it out dont deserve to be repping people in the first place. Also, nobody reads the rules, and there are more important things that deserve giant banners warning noobs... Like not necrobumping.

Frankly I don't give a damn abour rep and think we could do without the whole hassle. If you want a "reputation" earn it... or get it anyway. Do you really want each and every little ADHD kid who comes onto the forum race each other for their own mayfly attention span?

How about we figure out the top 3 or 5 most annoying newbie issues and then we put them in a bullet pointed form that all people signing up see before they confirm their sign up?

So it'd be like

Agreed, but make sure you throw in something like: don't bump a thread that's old as dirt to say "AWESOME!", like I've seen too many times in the nosebleed section.

Long, make your suggestion for the requirement to give rep to 30 posts or even better 50.

Oh and btw, I highly agree with no posting in Harmonian's threads and the Request section thing.
