I am very concerned about this too because I stored my address, telephone numba, social security numba, and credit card info in several different post over the last month. After this snafu, I no longer know who I am or where I live nor do I have access to my credit card to make online purchases.

If you know your thread url you can search google's cache if it hasn't been overwritten yet.

In all seriousness, it would be nice if the post were restored as some people but a lot of time into certain threads (a few of my own threads have been erased :\). However, I personally don't think it is TOO big of an issue - I'll just have to remake them.

I'm almost positive that there is no way the lost posts can be recovered. Jacob had already made a front page post about it. We apologize for the inconvenience and trust me, we are upset about it too.
