[color=blue]Um....I don't know if the Movie I was uploaded is licensed or not, since I am really lazy to find info about it....But I do saw someone that uploaded this H-Movie before, and link was dead, and I plan reupload this one, but someone who named Mattarat <~~~ Admin position delete it, as you can see the pic, if this one is licensed, I thought it got delete and I will not planning reupload ! But this thread still there, I wonder....Besides, I checked "Do not upload list", it only mentioned about Bible Black series, not "Bible Black Only Imari Rape Scene".....So any reply is welcome !

It is more of a do not ask; do not tell policy on Fakku. Jacob has that list of things that should not be uploaded, but it is often disregarded. Bible Black is definitely licensed. Anytime you see a hentai that is uncensored that just about guarantees that it has been licensed in the United States, and technically shouldn't be uploaded on Fakku. However, as you can see a lot of licensed material gets uploaded on Fakku anyway.

Pfft, that's weird. If that were simply the case then well over half of the videos in the section should be deleted.

Yeah, a clarification on whether or not I should be deleting all licensed videos or just the ones on the list is needed.
I suppose the rule would apply to all the upload sections as well.

Your thread was reported and the report said "Video is on the do not upload list", so thinking nothing of it, I just followed the report and filed away the thread into the trash bin. It seems though that the person who filed the report was incorrect and the video was not on the "do not upload this". I shall take your thread and put it back in it's place. I apologize for causing this little confusion.

I'll go ahead and point out that I was the one who reported it. I thought it was licensed, since everything else that's from the Bible black series was, so I reported it.
