All hentai from Japan is censored because of some retarded bullshit law they have over there.
There might some groups out on the interwebs that would be willing to de-censor doujinshi for a fee, but I don't know of any. And asking anyone to de-censor "love and devil" is insane because it has one of the worst censorship in doujins; the goddamn "white out" censorship.

not a law in Japan, it's just considered taboo not to censor things(more so than hentai is in the first place)

i do not know that since anime/manga/doujin that contain a lot of sexual humor but no outright pornography are often referred to as ecchi
love and devil show explicit sex scene therefore i still think that it is categorized as hentai
