Manga downloads and folders

Some time ago, the manga downloads used to have their own folders going by [FAKKU] then the title of the work and whatever groups were involved with it. Some time semi-recently, that changed to not include the [FAKKU] part and instead had the group's name in brackets.
Recent downloads, however, have no folder at all. I'm just wondering if anyone else noticed this since the past methods made the organizing process slightly easier than it is now.
