Need to add more rules to user uploads

As a daily user, i feel that there now needs to be more rules in the user upload sections, specifically the manga/doujin section.
Lately, the place seems so popular that everyone wants to upload their own collections! Whether for the benefit of the readers or point whoring i dont know)
However, it seems to be getting out of hand. Especially if the uploader is wasting space by uploading stuff that FAKKU already have, not to mention they create separate threads just for a single upload.
I have no idea what rules can or will be set in place, if any at all. But i just want someone to know that its beginning to look very cluttered in the manga/doujin section.

Most of them use uploading.fail, for reason(s) that is beyond my understanding.

Yeah noticed acouple of times I thought they just dl a series from Fakku then put it in the user uploads

This isn't new stuff. People were just told to make a thread filled with their shit, either by me or whoever(just yesterday I PM'd missyssippi about the multiple threads), and they end up making one thread.
Not all of them have awesome speed with mediafire like we do. Sometimes uploading is a bitch and they use places like uploading, hotfile and even rapidshit for faster upload speeds. Another reason for using uploading, I guess, is that after enough people download from one file you get some membership benefits. Either way they're not doing it to fuck with you.
