Nosebleed Section

I seem to be having trouble making any threads in the nosebleed section. Every time I try, it just says: "Herp Derp. Error." I tried reloading the page, and that doesn't seem to help. The odd thing is that my thread creation amount goes up, but my thread never shows up. Not sure if it's just me or for everybody.
