Notification for Quoting

I think it's sort of redundant to notify someone that somebody replied to their post AND quoted them. Either there needs to be some way to just only display a notification for quoting, or just scrap it all together.

There's an option in your profile to remove whatever notifications you don't want. I removed the updates when people posted in one of my threads, I really don't need 900+ notifications for the upcoming waifu game.
