People downvotting me for no reason!

The post i made in Swedish thread was downvoted like mad and also the the post i made in the loli will return thread. Both of them are not offensive posts.
I suggest the downvote option get changed so user will need to type a reaason why they do it and and approval from a moderator.

I Think it is the same person doing it because the - reps comes out at the same time, so i belive it is someone with multi accounts.

You're only suggesting a change because you don't like getting negrepped. Even if the system did get changed to the one you're suggesting, if the negreps continued to get through, would you make another thread suggesting another change? Changing a system just to suit you is pretty childish.

You have two options:
*Turn the notifications off.
*Improve the quality of your posts.
