picture with new topic post

I don't know if this has happened before, I know the site was down for a while, just saying that I can't make a new thread (in Anime Section) with a picture in the topic.

without pic the thread gets created thou, but with pic i get that message

Is the picture the right picture file? You can only post .jpg, .gif, .png files and anything else cannot be posted

its a .jpg I know enough to know which file type can be used. Since it does say it right there when I click browse

so that's not the problem

I'm having this problem too. I wanted to make a fan club too...

This problem seems to happen in the whole forum.
I've tried to make threads with jpg pictures in some sections like Manga section and Love Romance and Relationships , but same problem occurs.
I guess something happened when Fakku was down. And my knowledge does not go that far and I can't help. Sorry :(
