Post requirements.

I'm sick of seeing Request threads where a person only posts once or twice until their request is filled, and then they never show up again. That's bullshit and a waste of space, especially if the person never bothers venturing back here. I think there should be a post number requirement before being able to request. Nothing huge, but nothing too tiny either.

Wait...so a hentai site with a forum should force people to converse to see if anyone has some hentai they want? Sure it's annoying seeing people request things......everywhere but the request section but I don't think this would help. Ignoring people's requests will only stop that person from making another request, not stop other new people from doing it.

Hm, I'm not so sure that this would work, but we could create an "Unwritten rule" where the higher your post count, the less likely you'll be ignored.

Same, I rarely look at the second page as well... I'm also a selfish prick so I don't listen to requests often :) Just kidding... or AM I?

I knew you guys would have fun with this. I never MEAN for my suggestions to become bitchfests, but hey, whatever makes you guys happy.
I still do think people posting for ONE request and then never returning is utter bullshit, but there's nothing we can do. You guys are right.

Fakku should be a nice place for all users, whether they lurk or post every day. For all we know, the people who request something and never come back could just be lurking, or they could become a regular poster a couple of months later. But even if they don't, we shouldn't ostracize certain characters simply because we do not like their actions.
The request section is for requests. Nothing more. It doesn't make sense to not allow requests in that section.

POST Requirement = Massive Spamming
Just ask Jacob and the Rest of the Mod/Admin Team, they can tell you a long and sad Story about it.
I do understand your Frustration, but well the Request Section is here for Requests.

People take the time out their day to give attention to nobodies and help them with their problems, all out of their own volition. Hows that bullshit?

This is stupid I don't see why we should have a post requirement for the request section. It was made specifically to help any user who is in need of it no matter the post count that they have. If we add a post requirement we will be neglecting the newer users here on the forums when everyone should be treated equally. Just help the ones that you can help and if you can't maybe post in the thread saying so that way it doesn't seem like they're being ignored. So what if they only make an account just so they can make requests every now and then their are a ton of lurkers around Fakku whether they choose to actually be a part of the community is their choice alone.

As I earlier stated, we could say "The Longer you've been a member, the more likely your request will be filled." Instead of an actual post count. There's no way that the amount of time that they've been a member will reflect how much they'll post (SPAM)

It can get frustrating when certain members (especially those without avatars) make requests and the moment their queries have been answered, they are never to be seen again. However, we must not rule out the possibility that there are some new users who are willing to stay and contribute after their requests have been fulfilled. Having a post requirement in order to make a request will give others a negative impression of Fakku.
Perhaps, if all of us put our heads together, we could come up with a win-win situation for all parties.

It was, like, one day. Uploaders were complaining (and rightfully so) about links getting reporting, so they put a post requirement on the section. Within a few hours, there was a ton of spam, and Jacob closed the forums for a day or two so he could clean it all up.

Best example today was that prick who made a thread everywhere about his friend. Some people just don't deserve kindness.
