Grammatically corrected.
To answer your question, it is not against the rules as long as you do not post videos that are on the banned list. KLoWn had already uploaded several cosplay videos before.
Edit: It also depends on the content of your thread. Are you going to be uploading videos? If not, it will belong in either hentai discussion section or entertainment section. I'm not too sure about AV's, since Fakku is dominated by hentais.
