When my posts are longer than can fit in the reply window, it keeps jumping up so i can't see the bottom while i'm typing.

Well It definitely isn't windows plain and simple, windows 7, windows xp, what ever they wont make any difference. The problem is either the edition of the web browser being used or which web browser you are using altogether. Like everyone else so far I suggest trying fire fox or google chrome. It might not fix it but if it doesnt then you'll need to live with it probably.
