They COULD have possibly changed the minimum post requirements for SD, and just not updated the message yet.

here's a tip, type maybe atleast one line, and use proper grammar. the key to "meeting the intelligence requirements" is capitalizing the first letter of the sentence and ending with a period. just like how a regular sentence is written
