Ok, mostly about a particular board game. So how about a sub-section for board games?
I've been playing Talisman: The Magical Quest Game for awhile now and it's pretty frackin' fun. So I just thought I'd see what category that'd fall under. Entertainment?

Just create a thread at the game section and name it "Board Games" or something along those lines. (simple enough right - problem solved?) 8)

Holy crap, you have talisman? That game was bad ass! Back then alot of board games were pretty cool, they don't make 'em like they used to anymore. Anyone remember Hero Quest? A precursor to D&D if nothing else. Oh, and Atomsfear. Hilarious fun. Aww, I'm feeling all nostalgic.

I have a friend who has it and everyother week or so we'd get together with his other friends and play. And I do agree that it's bad ass.
And not just Talisman, other games like Notre Dame; and that's another frackin' fun game, etc. :D

The thing about making a subsection for board games is that it might die out fairly quickly. :P
Of course, not within a week or something, but possibly in half a year or a year. I'd also include other games that aren't board games, such as... D&D, I guess. Just limiting it to board games would probably decrease participation.

I believe 4chan has a section called "Traditional Games," where stuff like cool board games and D&D and Magic: The Gathering go.
I wouldn't mind Fakku having a section like that at all. :D

While I do see your concern, I'm sure the newer users out there would create a 'checkers' thread or 'chess' thread cause you know, chess is awesomesauce~ 8)
And the many vast board games out there. I'm surprised we haven't gotten many replies. :? So I guess you must be right. -__-

Hai!!!! Checkers & Chess are the FuFuFu~~~~ sorry about that.. cannot help it sometimes. But yeah, both are awseome.
