Well i know a few Users...(not saying names) suggest that the user that post the topic is posting it at the section...So to make it easier to decide if the topic needs to be moved i suggest a vote...

Just comment in the topic...
Say...minimum votes would be 10 to move the topic...

You don't need 10 people to move the topic to the right section, you only need a decent mod (and we've got great ones).
